We take a comprehensive approach to observe and correct movement patterns to improve efficiency, reduce pain and maximize performance. Our PT’s will design a custom program for each patient to allow you to prevent further dysfunction.

Dry Needling

Myofascial trigger point dry needling is a treatment to restore proper function to abnormally behaving muscles. These muscles become painful with tight bands of muscle that can be painful locally or send pain signals to other locations. This is what causes restriction of movement and chronic pain.

Women’s Health

We go behind just examining the pelvis and isolated pelvic floor training. We use a comprehensive approach to therapy, examining you from head to toe. We are concerned with finding the WHY rather than chasing symptoms.

TMD

TMD is characterized by jaw pain, restricted or excessive motion in the temporomandibular joint and tightness in the surrounding muscles. There are many causes of TMD including injury, arthritis or other medical conditions.

VO2 Max

VO2 MAX is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during exercise. It is a combination of how much oxygen your lungs can take in and how efficient your muscles are in consuming and converting that oxygen for use.

REDCORD

Want a safe, challenging total body workout that takes less than 30 minutes? Redcord exercises can activate several muscle groups during a single exercise so training time is reduced. Redcord suspension exercises improve strength, muscular endurance, balance, coordination, core muscle stability, and neuromuscular control.

Pilates Reformer and Core Align

Our therapists utilize the Pilates Reformer and Core Align equipment to enhance strength training during sessions. Both of these pieces of equipment are designed to allow for supportive and also resistive training.
