Over the past 15 years, Abby has worked closely with athletes ranging from grade school to professional level, including the Olympic level. Her experiences and course work over the years have allowed her to develop a strong knowledge in manual therapy, exercises for injury prevention and recovery and perfecting form for recreational and competitive activities. He attended NC State University where he obtained a degree in Business Management.  After working in sales, he discovered his true professional calling in the area of physical medicine. Brian received his Masters in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University in 2006 and focused in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. He is now skilled in a variety of techniques to facilitate improved body mechanics, increase strength and reduce pain. Sarabeth was born and raised in Rochester, NY before moving to Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and was a collegiate swimmer. She continued her graduate education at Duke University, where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2016. Sarabeth is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a USA Triathlon Level 1 certified coach. Sara graduated with an honors degree in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Duke University. While at Duke she was didactically challenged under a world class faculty with an evidenced-based practice approach that maximized her ability to strategize the best possible approach for patient-centered care. Her own successful athletic background fueled her passion to help other athletes get back to the sport that they love pain free. She was an endurance athlete throughout grade school and high school competing in track and field and cross country running. At the University of Colorado Boulder, she was a competitive collegiate triathlete on their #1 nationally ranked triathlon team and competed in USA triathlon’s collegiate nationals.
