Sarabeth was born and raised in Rochester, NY before moving to Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance and was a collegiate swimmer.  She continued her graduate education at Duke University, where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2016. Sarabeth is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a USA Triathlon Level 1 certified coach.

Sarabeth just moved to Raleigh from Scottsdale, AZ, where she had experience treating a wide array of patients, including youth athletes, Olympic triathletes, NFL/NHL players, and recreational athletes. She also had the opportunity to work closely with professional coaches to devise strength/training plans for elite/professional athletes. She also worked as a triathlon and swim technique coach.

In the clinic, Sarabeth enjoys working closely with patients to come up with the most appropriate and effective treatment for them as an individual. She incorporates dry needling, cupping, and other manual therapy techniques within her treatments and utilizes her strong background in strength and movement training to enforce new movement patterns. She places a strong emphasis on injury prevention and performing quality movements.

Outside of the clinic, Sarabeth enjoys spending time with her fiance and their two dogs, a shiba inu and a red heeler. They like going hiking, camping, and trying out new restaurants and breweries. She enjoys participating and spectating triathlons, and has completed all distances from sprint triathlons to an Ironman.
