Erica is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University, as well as a master’s in nursing from the University of Arizona. Health, fitness, and wellness are her true passions. She has trained a myriad of capacities which include competitive athletes, children and teenagers, bariatric patients, weekend warriors, and weight loss clients.

Erica loves strength training and all the benefits it provides - injury prevention and mitigation, as well as the physical and mental benefits of consistent programming. When she became a nurse, the autonomy it delivers as we age became truly apparent, as well as the ability to continue to do the things we love outside of the gym.

Outside of Run Raleigh, Erica spends her time with her husband and two boys. She loves to play tennis, run, and travel.
